Phil has over 20 years management and consulting experience in logistics / warehousing / distribution. He has successfully consulted and operated large multi site operations for FMCG, perishable and durable goods. His international projects and operations were in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Dunlop, Ford, Bridgestone Firestone, Fletcher Challenge Forests, Marks and Spencers, Aldi Supermarkets, Sainsbury's, 7 Eleven, Coca Cola, Rowntrees, Kelloggs, Unilever, New Castle Breweries.

Strategy assignments in Phil's area of expertise included: Fundamental review for a nationwide distributor and franchisor of infrastructure, finances and sales. This was followed by establishing a nationwide warehouse and distribution network.

For a national retail operation a strategic review entailing marketing, operations, finances, human resources and logistics.

Recent assignments include a long term project as Supply Chain consultant for a newly formed Melbourne based company providing strategic, operational and financial advice, as well as establishing warehouse and distribution nodes and ensuring operational best practice.

Education and Professional Development

Phil gained a Diploma in Distribution from the University of Aston, Birmingham (UK).
He is Associate Member Institute of the Motor Industry (UK) and Associate Member of the Institute of Transport (UK).

Phil has conducted Supply Chain consulting through Entire Supply Chain Ltd. and in self employment since 2001. Prior affiliations were with Food land, Bridgestone Firestone and logisitcs companies in the UK.
