Mark Horgan
Mark's professional focus is on Intellectual Property Management and Engineering. A major achievement is the development of a highly regarded introductory to advanced IP research, management & commercialisation curriculum and courses.
He has been operating as an independent consultant in this field since 1995 working in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and China and speaks fluent Mandarin.

Mark has held executive and senior positions in his field: Vice President and Director Operations at an information packaging and service provider. In a similar position he was responsible for developing and implementing management and commercialisation of the IP of a national professional institution. He initiated and developed partnerships with government, business and trade agencies. Of course, he also managed successful implementation of client project.
Education and Professional Development
Mark holds a B.Sc(Hons) in Mathematics and Physics and a Diploma in Teaching (Dip. Tchg.. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business & Technology degree.
